About

I am a Colombian journalist based in the United States, with work published in leading Colombian media outlets such as El Tiempo and Revista Semana. Throughout my career, I have focused on telling the stories and amplifying the voices of rural communities and Indigenous peoples across Latin America, Asia, and Africa, working alongside nonprofit organizations.

In 2018, I moved to Paris to pursue a master’s degree in Territory and Development at the School for Advanced Studies in the Social Sciences (EHESS). There, I explored how anthropological approaches and methodologies could enrich my work as a journalist and storyteller, allowing me to develop more nuanced and grounded ways of telling people’s stories.
